Dr. Will Gibson's experience in the areas of technical, management, and marketing consultation to clients in government, industrial, and consumer communities spans over forty years. His educational credentials, which include a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Master's Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management Engineering, and a PhD in Physics provide him with a unique perspective for some of the Nation's most complex scientific and technical programs. He has worked on the Theater High Altitude Area Defense System (THAAD); the HIgh Endoatmospheric Defense Interceptor (HEDI); the Homing Overlay Experiment (HOE); and the Re-Entry Measurement Instrumentation Program (RMIP), to name just a few. Dr. Gibson has performed numerous systems analyses, established performance requirements, provided overall technical programmatic and cost information to program/project managers, and developed inertial components (gyros, accelerometers, platforms, and computers) for both public and private sector organizations. He has operated small companies and provided and implemented successful turnaround strategies for both small and large businesses. His working knowledge of the NASA Community and the agency's plans for returning to the moon and beyond is extensive and expert.
